Today is Luca’s 2nd birthday! It has been so fun to look back over this past year with Luca. When they are this little, so much changes in a short amount of time! Right when Luca turned 1, he learned how to crawl. Mid-July he started walking!

I still have vivid memories of walking past pop-up morgues on my way to my doctor appointments; t felt so scary and uncertain to be bringing him into this crazy world.

I swore I’d stick to my weekly posts for him, just like I did his siblings, but then again, I was never in the middle of a pandemic with the others! Life has been busy as usual, and we’ve added some new things to our plate too.

This week he had his 6 month check up; he is now 15 lbs and 25 inches. He has definitely slowed way down on the weight gain, but still a healthy little guy!

Luca Quinn is 26 weeks old and also 6 months old today! Luca has lived equal parts in New York, Oklahoma, and California, two months in each place. That is so wild to me, I certainly never imagined that would be the case! I sometimes get a little sad that he did not get to experience NYC at all, but I dream of the days will bring him back to visit his first home!
Read MoreLuca Quinn is 23 weeks old today! He is now sleeping through the night consistently, and just in time! Ron and I both head back to work tomorrow, as our maternity/paternity leave comes to a close. We have cherished these past 3 months off with him and the rest of the kiddos. Time to adjust to the new normal!

This age is truly one of my favorite ages, and we are all just having so much fun with Luca these days. Luca is particularly attached to Fynn right now, always laughing at him and so content with him.

Read MoreI’ve missed a few weeks, but Luca is 16 weeks old now! A lot has happened in the last three weeks. For starters, we went back to NYC to pack up our home and put it on a moving truck cross-country!
Read MoreLuca is 13 weeks old and also 3 months old today! Luca is such a joy to have in our family :D Luca got to meet Grandpa a couple of weeks ago, so he has now met all of his grandparents! We are continuing to be very cautious with the Coronavirus, so Luca has met very little people at this point! But Luca is content to spend his days at home with everyone doting on him!
