Fynnlan Seeley- 34 Weeks

34 weeks

Fynnlan is 34 weeks old today!  The weeks are flying by! This weekend we took a trip to the Bronx Zoo.  Fynn spent about 2 hours of our time there asleep on me haha, but he did get to enjoy some parts of it with us!

Fynn is always on the go.  He can very easily sit, crawl, stand, and now get down from standing! Yesterday, I was on a work call and put the play mat in the middle of the living room, and within minutes, Fynn apparently pushed the mat to the entertainment center and climbed on top of it in hopes of getting to some cords! I couldn't believe it!! (See pic below!)  With that being said, we've got a list of baby proofing things that need to get done, mostly dealing with cords haha.  He is a magnet to them! I have to create a little barrier with our dining table chairs to keep him from the cords under there, but even yesterday, he figured out how to get through!

Fynn's sleep has been a bit crazy still.  I'm thinking in the last 2 weeks, we haven't had a night where he's slept solid from 8-8.  Either he wakes up in the middle of the night (often due to Aly getting up to pee, or giving her Pediasure), or mostly he's been waking around 7/7:15.  I know that's not that bad for most people haha, but I would love to get back to our 8:00 mornings.  I haven't given up that it's just a phase! I guess we'll see haha.

We've started being more consistent with giving Fynn solids.  He typically has oatmeal for breakfast, a little fruit or vegetable for lunch, and something of whatever we're having for dinner.  Some things we added this week were chicken, spaghetti, carrots, and cauliflower.  So far he's pretty much liked everything we've given him, except he's not a big fan of avocado.

I think Fynn is officially on a 4 hour schedule and 2 naps!  This is a typical day for Fynn (if we're home all day haha):

7:45/8 Feeding
10:00-12:00 Nap
12:00 Feeding
2:00-4:00/4:30 Nap
4:30 Feeding
7:45 Feeding & Bedtime

The stretch between his last nap and bedtime is tough lol.  It's just a little too long for him to be awake and he gets cranky!! But for the most part, it has been a nice transition!

Play time!
Belly laughs!
