Jackson Graham- Week 27

Jackson is 27 weeks old! This was a busy week for Mr. Jackson! Over the weekend, he got his very first haircut! We shaved his head in an effort to even out his hair. I hear it’s perfectly normal for newborns to lose their hair, but we’ve just never experienced that before haha! So having a bald baby is a first for us, but I must say, he is a cute little baldie!

On Sunday, Jackson was dedicated before our church. This is always such a special time for us. The verse we chose for Jackson was Deuteronomy 6:4-7. Sunday was also special for us because we got to take a quick moment and honor Roman during that portion of the service too.

We also got to go to a Yankees game yesterday, courtesy of Ron’s job. We haven’t been to a game since we were dating, so it was a lot of fun to experience with all the kids! Jackson slept through half of it ;)

Jackson is doing well with solids. Today, we started feeding him solids twice a day. Hopefully these extra calories will help his weight gain. We went to the doctor today to get his vaccines, and he now weighs 12 lbs 10 oz.

Jackson is such a delight to have in our family. He constantly shows us that he is his own little person, and boy do we just love him to pieces!
