Fynnlan Seeley- 46 Weeks
Fynnlan is 46 weeks old today! This was an eventful week for us!
On Thursday, I took Fynn to the doctor for a weight check, and I'm happy to say that he gained a pound over the last month! He's still only 16 pounds and in the 2 percentile, but he's growing steady, which is so great! He also got his flu shot.
On Friday, we ventured to New Jersey to visit the Schmidts! Fynn did well traveling there. Once at the Schmidts, he quickly found chairs (and tables!) to push around haha. He enjoyed playing with everyone and loved playing in the water outside.
One story from the weekend: We were getting ready to go, and I went to pack a few more things. I thought Ron was watching Fynn, but when I walked back into the living room, Fynn was nowhere to be seen. Ron thought I had grabbed Fynn. So we quickly started looking for him. I went straight to the staircase because I thought that would be worst case scenario, and of course that is exactly where he was!! In the 10 seconds we took our eyes off of him, he managed to get all the way to the top of the stairs! I am SO glad that I found him so quickly before that turned really bad.
Fynn's newest thing is pulling ALL of the books off of the bookshelf. I don't mind it too much, it keeps him happy and occupied haha.
Fynn is obsessed with the cords under our table. We usually blockade the table so he can't get behind it, but now he can move all of the chairs and high chairs and get back there. He's lost some interest in the actual cords, but thinks it's hysterical to wedge himself in the back corner where I can't reach him and spend forever trying to coax him out. *It's a real fun game we play*
I think Fynn is back to tolerating baths again, thank goodness!
Fynn is getting to join in on some Tot School activities now! He enjoyed it, thank goodness our sensory bin was edible!!
I haven't posted about Fynn's schedule in awhile, probably because it looks so different every day lol. But here is a loose schedule right now:
8:00 Feeding
9:00 Breakfast
10:30 Nap
12:00 Lunch
1:00 Feeding
2:00 Nap
4:00 Feeding
6:00-6:30 Quiet Time (this has been bizarre, but when I'm making dinner, he starts freaking out and he's done with his 3rd nap now. So instead of napping, he just lays quietly in his crib for 30 minutes!! It's so crazy, but we're rolling with it and it means I get dinner made without pulling my hair out.)
6:30 Dinner
7:45 Feeding
8:00 Bedtime
