Anders Martí - 8 Months Old
Sweet little Anders is 8 months old today! During the past month, Anders went on his first road trip. We drove 10 hours up to Yosemite and San Francisco. He did great on the car rides, but slept terrible in the hotels and airbnbs! But that’s okay, as soon as we were back home, he went right back to his good-sleeping self.

Anders usually just takes two naps a day now. Both naps are around 2-2.5 hours. He’s such a great sleeper! I still dreamfeed him at night, simply because it doesn’t wake him and it gives me a chance to get an extra feeding in. The only place Anders does not like to nap is at the beach!
We’ve been trying to push solids more this month, as Anders is still really struggling to gain weight. As of about 3 days ago, he is officially eating solids! Woohoo! He eats about half a jar twice a day. He’s tolerating them well now, thank goodness.
Anders is such a smiley, happy little guy. He is such a joyful baby! Recently though, he has started having some stranger anxiety. He does not like to be held by anyone outside of our family!
He is 13 lbs and wearing mostly 0-3 month clothes still. I’m praying that he’ll start gaining now that he’s eating solids!
