Roman has been on my mind so much the last few weeks. Well, that is more so than normal. I usually think about him on a daily basis, but lately its been all consuming; everything reminds me of him. Sometimes the thoughts are sweet moments, as Fynn tells Jackson about his other brother, and sometimes the pain and heartache threatens to overwhelm me.

Read MoreJackson is 17 weeks old today! He had his 4 month check up today (how has it already been 4 months?!), and he is a whopping 11 lbs 1 oz. He is in the 1% for height, weight, and head, so he’s a very proportional baby haha. I think he has got to be the chubbiest little 11 lb baby!

Read MoreJackson is 15 weeks old! What a joy this little boy is! He is constantly smothered in kisses by all four of us. Papi loves to get “kissies” from Jackson; Aly always knows how to make him smile; and Fynn would give Jackson kisses all day if we let him.

I officially started back at work (from home) yesterday. I am so thankful to have had this much time off with Jackson! It has been such a joy being able to give the kids my undivided attention the past 3 months!

In 2017 we had the tragic misfortune of losing a son and so as we started 2018 we were still grieving Roman, he will forever be a missing part in our family and we will miss him dearly until the day we no longer roam this earth.
